In the event of a misprint, damage or defective product. We must be notified in writing within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. All claims will be reviewed, and those claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
